Mortgage App Checklist

The following information is required  within 48 hour of application:

  • Current pay stub from each borrower (most recent is required)
  • Most recent 2 years W2 forms - for each borrower
  • If  self employed, complete tax returns including all schedules for the past two years
  • Bank statements for the past two months
  • Investment account statements for the past two months (if used as assets)
  • Retirement account statements for the past two months (if used as assets)
  • Documentation on any assets to be used for closing costs and down payment

Depending on other facts within the file - additional documentation may be required

If you currently own Real Estate:

  • 1st Mortgage account information - Account #, Compete address, Phone#
  • 2nd Mortgage account information - Account#, Completle address, Phone#
  • Home owners insurance policy information - Declaration Page/Agent Name and Phone#
  • Copy of most recent Survey - if improvements have been made a new survey will be required

If you are purchasing a home:

A home owners insurance policy commitment will need to be provided prior to loan submission for approval.
